No Miss Systems provides customer communications, service updates, and SMS messaging related to appointments and inquiries. Messages are sent only with user consent.
Message frequency: up to four messages a month.

Prohibited Content and Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to sending spam, phishing messages, or content related to high-risk industries (e.g., cannabis, loans, or firearms unless compliant with all laws). We reserve the right to terminate services for violations. All SMS communications from No Miss Systems comply with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier guidelines, and we do not send unsolicited messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is.” No Miss Systems is not liable for service interruptions, data losses, or indirect damages.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and No Miss Systems. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from service use. Services are provided "as is" without warranties.
